Camp Westminster

We're excited to announce that beginning with our 2026–2027 Camp Westminster season, camp registration will take place through CampMinder, our new online registration system.


CampMinder will make it easier for families to:

  • Register for the sessions and days that work best for their schedule
  • Manage payments online
  • Make changes with greater flexibility for cancellations and refunds

Frequently asked Questions

  • What's new?

    Camp registration will now be first come, first served, giving families the opportunity to reserve their child's spot as soon as registration opens.


  • What's staying the same?

    Camp hours will remain Monday–Thursday, 8:45 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

  • How do I apply?

    A link to our registration page will be shared with all currently enrolled families in February.  We will also post the link on our camp webpage.


  • I enrolled in a week but decided to go on vacation. Can I get a refund?

    No. All Camp tuition is non-refundable and non-exchangeable this year. No refunds, changes, or exchanges will be made after the time of enrollment for any reason - even if you let us know you will not be attending and another student fills your seat.

  • I was waitlisted for some sessions or did not get my first choice in days. What happens now?
